We now can use the system solution profile from step 6 to create a request for information (RFI) to send to each vendor on the short list. If you have subscribed to our iBui portal, ITX will send the RFI electronically. This will save your team a lot of time. Each vendor will have whatever guidelines your team decides regarding time and access.
When the vendors send it back, it will be analyzed. ITX will perform a comparison on various levels, numerically, so your team can see how each vendor matches up, based on the weights and the importance assigned in the SSP.
